Refund Policy

Returns

All ELIGIBLE Returns and Refunds must be completed within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must not be a non-returnable item, to include, but not limited to: medication, pharmaceutical, instrument, hand piece, perishables, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous, flammable, inflammable liquids or gasses.  Other item that is subject to medical or biohazard exposure.  Verify the return policy for your specific item. Eligible returns must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its unopened, undisturbed original packaging.  Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

For all return requests, a receipt of purchase showing the amount paid and date delivered, along with a statement of reason for return must be provided at the time of request.  Return requests without this information will not be processed until the documentation is received.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, upon acceptance of your return request, you will be provided with return information.

Refunds

There are certain situations where no refund or only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

All Media

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

All medical, health, hazardous, biohazard, flammable, inflammable or combustible liquid or gas among others.

Please contact Arminco Inc. to determine if your product is returnable and eligible for refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Arminco Inc. reserves the right to deny, withhold or withdraw a refund at any time and for any reason.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@armincoinc.com and send your item to: 45449 Severn Way Sterling Virginia US 20166.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your eligible item return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, all returns and refunds will be handled through the purchaser.

Return information and directions will be provided for all acceptable Eligible Returns.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanged item delivery timeframes may vary depending upon your location, the stock status of the item being exchanged and any other factor that may impact a delivery date.  Exchanges do not have a guaranteed delivery date or time unless otherwise specified in writing.

All customer shipped items, having a value of $75 or greater are recommended to utilize a trackable shipping service and/ or purchasing shipping insurance.  Arminco Inc. offers no guarantee, warranty or promise, either written or implied, that your shipped item(s) will be received at our facilities.
